We are seeking a Training Manager to join Bevi’s Technical Services and Partner Operations Team.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Technical Services and will be responsible for the development, organization, and delivery of training programs for our Partner network. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, thrive in a cross-functional environment, and be excited to contribute to Bevi’s mission by enabling outstanding field support and customer experiences through scalable training programs.

Your Day to Day
  • Design and manage a comprehensive training program for Bevi’s Partner Technicians, including onboarding and ongoing certification paths, as well as internal agents, Bevi Field Operations technicians, and Operations service providers
  • Partner with the Technical Content Manager for the development and maintenance of training materials such as guides, videos, LMS content, and troubleshooting documentation
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both virtual and in-person, ensuring consistent quality and engagement across regions
  • Own the Bevi Certification process, including content updates, testing standards, compliance tracking, and recertification cycles
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product features and best practices
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make continuous improvements based on feedback, performance data, and partner outcomes
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that drive partner enablement and service quality at scale
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in training, instructional design, technical education, or field enablement—preferably in a hardware, IoT, or field service environment
  • Proven experience creating and delivering engaging training programs using a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led, self-paced, LMS-based)
  • Strong project management skills - highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as Articulate, LMS platforms, video editing software, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Suite)
  • Experience using CRM and other partner management systems such as Zendesk, Netsuite, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with third-party service providers, field technicians, or partner ecosystems
  • Background in adult learning theory or formal instructional design certification
  • Familiarity with service operations, customer support environments, or technical troubleshooting processes
Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plans with BlueCross BlueShield, 95% paid by employer
  • 401(k) with company match, and environmentally responsible investment options
  • Flexible PTO plus 12 company holidays, and additional paid days for sick leave, etc (including sustainability or social justice volunteer events)
  • Generous fully paid parental leave for both birth parents and non-birth parents
  • Fully employer paid disability and life insurances
  • Wellness and fitness reimbursements
  • Monthly stipends for cell phone use and commuting costs
  • Onsite snacks, weekly catered lunch, and (of course) unlimited Bevi ... plus composting and terracycling, too
  • Happy hours, team-building events, bagel breakfasts, Hero awards - and more!

We're excited about supporting career growth and would love to be part of your professional journey. We know that talent comes in many forms, and we value individual accomplishments, specialized knowledge, and genuine passion over just checking boxes on a requirements list.If any of our positions interest you, please apply! Our recruiting team will contact you about next steps if we'd like to move forward together.
