Anduril Maritime is fielding the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of seabed exploration. WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

We are seeking an Operations Program Manager (OPM) to own critical technology development and transition to manufacturing at scale. The OPM will own specific projects and technology areas to run feasibility studies, select approaches, and drive industrialization and manufacturing at scale. The OPM role will have broad resources and responsibility and a high impact on the business’ ability to deliver innovative subsea products at rates previously considered impossible.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Technical program management  
    • Project scoping and requirements development
    • Analysis tools - strong facility with excel, MS Project, tableau and similar tools to analyze and visualize scenarios and schedules
    • Leading a cross functional team to deliver results for a complex technology project
    • Program planning and project management
    • External SOW writing and execution - driving external entities to complete technical scopes
  • Tech assessment
    • Research and selection of the best technology solution to satisfy business requirements from the current state of the art
    • Operations management
    • Scaling manufacturing facilities from requirements through construction and commissioning
    • New Product Introduction (NPI) - bringing products from prototype to production through engineering and operational phase gates
  • Supply Chain
    • Supplier communication and engagement
    • Experience enacting commercial terms and negotiating statements of work and product pricing
    • Long term supply planning and forecasting
    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical discipline 
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance. 
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Manufacturing and Program Management/NPI role in consumer electronics or equivalent fast paced industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Graduate degree in technical discipline
  • Lean training and certification
  • Program management training and certification 

 

US Salary Range

$140,000$210,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
