Job Description SummaryAs the MR Product Marketing Manager – International, you will play a critical role driving alignment between global strategies and regional needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that resonate across diverse markets in the international region. Collaborating closely with global teams, commercial leads, and the rest of the international marketing team, you will ensure our products are effectively positioned and promoted to meet the unique needs of each country.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Market Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to various international markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Field Marketing Integration: Support local field marketing managers with campaign execution, providing brand-driven assets and strategic direction.

  • Campaign Planning: Plan multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption.

  • Campaign Performance: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across sub-regions, using insights to optimise future strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global product team and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

  • Collaboration with Digital & Education Teams: Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online engagement and visibility. Partner with educational teams to align branding with thought leadership, scientific messaging, and key congress activities.

  • Brand Management: Ensure marketing materials and campaigns are relevant and appropriately localised for each target market.

  • Content Creation: Develop high-impact marketing content and messaging frameworks to support campaign execution.

  • Product Launches: Lead marketing efforts for product launches, including the development of go-to-market plans and promotional materials.

  • Budget Management: Manage the international marketing budget for your product portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Significant years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns in a highly regulated industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostic imaging trends, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
