You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of multidisciplinary designers who collaborate closely to create a beautiful and cohesive experience for patients throughout their journey.

The Role

We are seeking a motion specialist with a deep understanding of performance marketing, video editing, and motion graphics to join the Felix team. You’ll help us scale the quality, variety, and performance of our creative output, uncovering new winners in market and pushing the Felix brand identity forward through innovative motion design.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead motion design and video editing on the Felix Brand and Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the growth team to iterate, test, and develop winning ads that drive engagement, registration, and conversion

  • Edit and stitch existing UGC and video content to develop new and creative narratives that breakthrough across social media platforms

  • Test and iterate at a fast pace to constantly improve creative performance and find new winning ads.

  • Find creative ways to integrate gen AI tools (such as Veo3 and Nanobanana) to optimize workflows and production, and push traditional limits of visual storytelling

  • Develop a library of motion and animation assets and templates for quick iteration and production of performance creative

  • Analyze data with the team to continuously test and iterate to bolster performance of paid social ads

  • Work closely with Creative Coordinator, and Creative Strategist to develop, organize, and maintain a growing library of creator content

  • Work closely with Brand and Design teams to implement motion assets into web and UI environments, and continue to build on and expand the Felix visual identity

  • Contribute to a culture of creativity at Felix


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 7+ years working as a video editor and motion designer in-house or at an agency

  • Has expert-level knowledge of industry-leading editing and motion graphics design software

  • Has some experience with 3D, and creating animations for web (Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie, etc.)

  • Appreciates aesthetic sensibility and has a finger on the pulse in terms of current trends in video editing and motion design, and is able to work in varying styles and techniques

  • Understands the nuances between different advertising platforms and their unique requirements to hook and engage viewers

  • Is an excellent communicator with creatives and non-creatives alike

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment working with a small team

  • Has a portfolio that demonstrates relevant experience

  • Is kind and empathetic, and genuinely excited about the possibilities in the healthcare space
