We’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer join our Boston Creative team.


As a Midweight Digital Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, translating existing product campaigns and executing beautiful designs across multiple digital channels, including product marketing campaigns, promotions and landing pages. You will push creative standards by ensuring that the creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll have a real passion for design and communication, and a genuine desire to do brilliant work!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create digital assets, applying design and best practices across multiple digital channels including digital advertising, email communication, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with internal clients (in both our Boston and our London offices) to deliver work on-time and in-line with the MOO brand.
  • Execute multiple projects at once and meet scheduled deadlines. Have a good awareness of design processes to question and challenge design briefs and solve design problems.
  • Share current digital design and marketing trends with the team.
  • Work closely with studio management to prioritise workloads.
  • Liaise with key digital partners such as Pinterest, Nanigans etc...Have an understanding or ability to design HTML5 responsive banners a definite advantage.

About you:

  • A recognized design degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • A passion for creating and contributing to systems; ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce retail brand, with a good commercial mind to help concept and optimize work.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Have the ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines, managing multiple and competing work priorities.
  • Be driven and passionate; versatile and open-minded; stress resistant and confident.
  • Excellent grasp of design and layout fundamentals with a portfolio to match.
  • Understand peripheral processes, i.e. print, interactive and mobile platforms.
  • Be sensitive to current trends influencing design.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be organized and self-sufficient with great time management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and motion skills are a plus.
