Marketplace Sales Manager, Atlassian 

  • Drive sales opportunities directly with customers and jointly with Solution Partners, for Zephyr products in the Atlassian Marketplace.

About the role 

As a Marketplace Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Work as part of our expanding Atlassian Partnership team – goaled on driving our continued sales growth through the Marketplace and through Solution Partners.
  • Develop and grow net sales through the Atlassian Marketplace by leveraging inbound leads and individual outreach.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with Solution Partners to jointly drive new and expansion sales of Zephyr products.
  • Consult with clients on enhancing their testing processes with SmartBear solutions.
  • Develop account strategies to penetrate new divisions within existing accounts.
  • Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools. 

We are looking for you if you have: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Experience with and knowledge of test management solutions and value propositions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Quick-thinking and outstanding ability to communicate with both commercial and technical audiences.
  • Self-starter, with accountability for driving results in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of our Atlassian team while having individual KPIs and quota.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Outreach (a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
