Video Content Marketing Manager
Join a fast-paced, content marketing team responsible for creating video content to drive the success of LeanIX. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on developing our video strategy and executing upon the plan.
This role requires a strong knowledge of how to tell visual stories that contribute to supporting our brand and driving business to our sales pipeline.
The video content you develop will contribute towards ensuring we have a global consistency for our corporate brand. You must be creative, visual, collaborative, and strategic, but also willing to dig deep with the day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and produce a variety of video content using interviews, testimonials, product demos, and more that emotionally connects the targeted audience with our brand
- Distribute the videos through the LeanIX video channels such as YouTube and other platforms
- Coordinate with freelancers for video production
- Coordinate with the social media team to amplify our video promotion through LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook, and Instagram
- Optimize videos using keywords for SEO
- Work closely with the overall marketing team to ensure video content supports various stakeholder needs including content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, events, customer success, and others
- Investigate and recommend tools and applications required for high-quality production editing
- Develop and analyze KPIs to determine video content success
Requirements
- Excellent and creative script writer, director, editor and producer
- Demonstrated experience for telling compelling, engaging visual stories
- 7-9 years of video content production experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Deadline-oriented
- SEO skills for optimization of video content
- Social media skills to promote the video content (nice to have)
- Podcast management capabilities (nice to have
