In this position, you will own the content strategy, execution, and measurement for all of CozyKin's recruitment marketing channels including social media, job boards, and our career site. You will work cross-functionally across business lines to ensure quality and create consistency in our brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy to attract talent to CozyKin
• Create a steady stream of social media content while noting performance metrics to experiment and test new content ideas
• Own the employer branding efforts and create compelling stories for our candidates
• Analyze the results of digital ad campaigns and listings to make them convert better over-time and more cost effectively
• Research new advertising channels that we can work with to grow our inbound application numbers
• Work with the Head of People to develop Diversity & Inclusion strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing and/or talent acquisition
• Strong copy writing and editing skills
• Prior experience creating social media and digital ad campaigns, testing them and optimizing for peak performance
