Who you are

You are a Digital Media Planner or Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in launching and managing results-driven media campaigns. You possess a strong knowledge of advertising and marketing tactics. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you embody an action-oriented approach by proactively taking on tasks that help move the business forward. You own your day-to-day with a laser focus on execution, but also with the flexibility to take on-the-go tasks and learn on the fly. Process oriented, you manage your time effectively and are able to take direction from the team on which projects are your key priorities. 

You have 2+ years of digital performance marketing experience (ad agency, DTC, or ecommerce is a plus). Knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources. You have direct experience in launching and managing various levels of digital and social campaigns with exposure to multiple ad platforms. You also have had exposure to data visualization and reporting tools.

What the role is

In the Digital Media Planner position you will be an integral part of the Strategic Partnerships Media team as the team continues to grow and expand our supplier relationships and programs. This is an unique opportunity to be a part of a team that is driving results for one of Drizly’s key strategic priorities and revenue-generating activities. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will help manage the relationship with our suppliers / supplier agencies as you assist the digital media planning process and campaign set-up across some of the world’s largest alcohol brands. Applying your knowledge of marketing tactics, you’ll report performance and creatively iterate on set-up to consistently improve the results of the campaigns for our suppliers. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage the digital media planning process and campaign set up across suppliers such as coordinating, monitoring and evaluating media campaigns 
  • Execute assigned projects in areas such as analytics implementation, data integration, tag management, qualitative data for supplier media (eg. url parameters, pixels, audience uploads)
  • Conduct collection, tracking, and analysis of data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Assist in developing media planning insights via past campaign analysis to produce case studies and media offering
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, supplier / agency resources, project status, troubleshoot obstacles, and provide consistent communication to all stakeholders
  • Managing supplier media workflow to ensure processes and procedures are executed
