MineralTree’s headquarters is located in Waltham, MA with offices in Alpharetta GA, Redwood City CA, and Bengaluru, India. Our Senior Product Marketing Manager can be based remotely or from one of our US office locations.
MineralTree is searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of value and differentiation for our AP automation solutions. This individual will work hand in glove with our Product Management, Payment Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver messaging, positioning, content, and enablement that entices and excites multiple audiences, including prospects, customers, and partners. This role also affords the opportunity to further establish your personal brand by through thought leadership presentations, webinars, and content.
Goals:
· Within 2 weeks you will complete the MineralTree 101 training and meet with key stakeholders in product, sales, PayOps, and marketing to assess gaps and needs
· Within 1 month you will develop strong working knowledge of our buyers and solutions
· Within 2 months you will be directly involved in managing at least one feature launch
· Within 3 months you will develop and start executing on enablement, CI, and content initiatives
Responsibilities:
· Become an expert in our buyers and solutions; craft messaging and positioning that maps buyers’ pain to product differentiation and value drivers.
· Manage multiple product releases/launches, working as part of a cross-functional team to build the GTM plan and develop the required messaging, content, and enablement.
· Support sales and partner enablement, keeping these teams up to date with the latest capabilities and delivering tools to increase sales effectiveness.
· Act as a SME for the Content team, helping to build the content roadmap and supporting the delivery of blogs, white papers, webinars, and thought-leadership materials.
· Continuously monitor and analyze competitive developments, supporting the creation and updating of battle cards and feeding CI to key stakeholders
· Work closely with product management to bring the voice of the market to the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
· 5-7+ years’ experience in a product marketing role for an Enterprise Software or SaaS company, preferably in a category selling to the finance function (e.g., AP, AR, ERP, B2B payments)
· SaaS agile development experience preferred
· Flexibility and willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
