Sr. Paid Digital Media Associate
As the Sr. Paid Digital Media Associate, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing key paid media channels, including search, YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, review sites, and a variety of publication partners. This exciting role will require you to bring a mix of quantitative and qualitative skills in order to acquire new customers at an efficient cost and drive measurable brand awareness. In short, you will play a critical role in keeping Toast on the path towards accelerated yet sustainable growth.

What you will do:
Identify and execute weekly keyword and bid optimizations across search platforms to manage pacing, increase keyword coverage, and improve efficiency
Plan, implement, and record monthly ad copy, ad extension, and landing page tests to rotate messaging types and track conversion rate impact throughout marketing and sales funnels
Define audience-centric SEM strategy and improve campaign performance by using audience bid adjustments and/or RLSA campaigns
Establish trusting relationships with account representatives, keep a strong pulse on industry & platform updates, and seek out alpha/beta opportunities
Optimize lead gen programs with existing vendors, as well as public-facing content on review sites and publications
Evaluate opportunities for new partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to onboard new vendors
Collaborate with the content and design teams to drive brand awareness and asset downloads
Do you have the right ingredients?
1-2 years experience launching and optimizing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook
Proven experience conducting strategic analysis and providing proactive, actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize tasks
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline
