Sr. Marketing Program Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Business Operations, the Marketing Program Manager will drive alignment of teams within marketing and across the organization on priority programs. If you’re an expert cat-herder, number cruncher and planner, we’re looking for you.
How You Will Make a Difference...
- Working with the Marketing leadership team and across functions, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Manages communication with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring their team has the information and buy-in needed to get the project completed on time and within budget
- Identifies areas where processes could be improved. Recommends and implements new ways of working in order to be more efficient
- Establish work back schedules and track deliverables against them
- Anticipate roadblocks and build scenario plans
- Tracks spend against budgets
- Instills a sense of camaraderie with each individual interaction
Who You Are...
- A minimum of 7 years of prior experience in a Marketing Operations, Business Operations or Analyst position
- To be successful, candidates must demonstrate:
- Excellent project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple programs running in parallel
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
- Proven ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence across levels and negotiate conflicting priorities
- Ability to shift gears quickly and work well under pressure is a must
- PMP certification a plus
- Proficiency with project management tools a plus, specifically Monday.com
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus
