You Are

  • Proven. You have 5+ years of marketing experience and a track record to prove it. 
  • A strategic marketer. You know how to define the objectives and key results, then can build a marketing strategy and plans for all communication channels to back it up. 
  • A master at prioritization. Prioritizing projects in relation to company goals is second nature. 
  • A true partner. You build relationships across teams, including Sales and Product, to deliver business results. 
  • Results-driven. You're comfortable tracking budget and spend, then evaluating the results and making adjustments to deliver on ROI goals and campaign outcomes. 

You Will

  • Increase revenue. Create, analyze and adjust acquisition campaigns to deliver profitable, sustainable growth in an assigned core market, sport or product line.
  • Decrease churn. Partner with the Retention Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand behaviors and traits of the highest value customers, using that information to target new prospects and acquire “like” customers. 
  • Increase MROI (Marketing Return on Investment) through a thorough understanding of campaign/target cause and effect: laser focused on measurement & results, constant iteration and improvement of campaign performance and a thorough understanding of channel relevance to buyer persona/segment.
  • Increase marketing pipeline velocity. Collapse time to sale in partnership with the Sales organization.
  • Effectively partner with key internal stakeholders. Lead alignment between Sales, Product Management, Revenue Operations, Brand Experience, Marketing Operations, Partnership & Event Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Insights and Decision Science teams and the broader Marketing department, resulting in cohesive customer buying journeys and message consistency & continuity.
  • Own campaign creation from cycle planning, concept, brief through execution and approval.
  • Work with internal partners to create all materials for your campaigns. 
  • Ensure proper tracking mechanisms are in place before you deploy. Further, you'll track and broadly report out on progress and optimize results.
  • Equip Sales with resources to sell efficiently and effectively. Proactively communicate objectives, success criteria, and dates for all campaigns and programs. Proactively educate internal partners on all schedules, lead routing, campaign assets and materials prior to campaign launch. Ensure broad understanding and buy-in of plan.
