Sr. Account Based Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales and BDR teams to develop territory and account-level marketing plans that achieve billings goals.
- Own the strategic planning and execution of account-based marketing programs at scale, working with our sales leadership to identify, target and engage with strategic target accounts
- Develop creative, customized programs to drive acceleration in target accounts, using a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach, employing modern marketing tactics.
- Select, plan and manage participation in regional internal and externally hosted events.
- Gather intelligence on target accounts, including account profiles, relevant business needs and new contacts and recommend actions to accelerate pipeline velocity
- Own the communication plan, training and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the sales leadership teams, as well as communicate results regularly
- Track, analyze, and make recommendations on the effectiveness of marketing programs utilizing systems and tools including Salesforce, Marketo, BrightFunnel, Google Analytics to best determine marketing mix and optimize resources based on opportunity
- Strategize and direct digital marketing, social media, content, product marketing and external agencies to develop disruptive and relevant campaign content
- Be a champion of our core values
- Manage and report on ROI within quarterly account-based marketing budget
- Recommend and lead special projects on behalf of team as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise software industry marketing experience, primarily in an account based marketing role
- Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships across all teams
- Shown success in collaborating with account teams to develop and execute on ABM programs that had a quantifiable impact on the business growth
- Proven approaches of using analysis and reporting to drive strategic recommendations
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Proficient with marketing tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo). Experience with digital marketing tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics) as well as BrightFunnel a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- Combination of relentlessness and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously skills with keen attention to details
- Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing or Business focus preferred
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
