About the Position

LogicManager is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process and promote our brand in the market. The world is changing quickly with most tech firms committed to shifting to a hybrid-remote work standard after COVID times. This means recruiting needs to shift from being local to being National and Global. The focus of this position is to use cutting edge social media and inbound marketing techniques to build a pipeline of candidates for immediate and rolling hiring over time. We are leaders in inbound marketing and have expanded this methodology of getting awareness and consideration of both candidates, where our culture is the product as well as customers where our software solution is the product. Learn how to apply your skill-set to this new exciting challenge. Although this role may be initially focused on hiring, the social media activity will carry-over to achieve our customer awareness and consideration goals as we rapidly scale our marketing.

What you'll be doing on our team

  • Brainstorm new ideas for how to stand out by being quirky and inclusive in representing our brand and culture that break through social media clutter
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand critical skills; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile
  • Identify problems solved in our customer success stories and connect with news trends
  • Identify employee stories behind customer wins and recognition awards and connect with company values
  • Work with graphic specialists generate images to help tell your story
  • Craft and send emails and LinkedIn messages to candidates and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future openings
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Network with key influencers and get referrals to spread our brand message and make valuable connections
  • Additionally, they track and analyze social media KPIs and track impact on hiring goals and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our brand and support our culture recruiting nurture sequences
  • Grow your career through active participation in our company culture

About you and what skills you’ll bring

  • College degree in any major
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
  • Do you know large numbers of people and are in the habit of making introductions?
  • Do you have a strong desire to continuously improve through learning, and are energized by the gaining and processing of something new and useful.
  • Are you committed to work on an east coast time zone to collaborate in daily stand-ups, cross-functional teams and company huddles to be an integral part of our employee community and culture?
  • Requires a strong Internet connection and familiarity with digital platforms like Zoom, Google Docs and Slack
