Senior Producer, Marketing Platform

This role will help guide a group of cross-functional teams towards building a best-in-class marketing platform. They will serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, Data, Tech and other business organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous value. They will serve as the glue that connects various teams and leads to successful delivery of our marketing platform. She/he will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple, simultaneous complex projects while ensuring that we take a proactive, high-quality communication approach within them.
Core Responsibilities
- Interacts frequently with the team, management and customer to define requirements and track deliverables. Collects inputs and prepares status reports as required.
- Facilitates breaking down marketing & product requirements into epics and user stories.
- Reviews user stories with product management for acceptance.
- Partners with assigned Product Owner to ensure user stories are worked through the process into the backlog.
- Represents the Marketing Platform team in meetings and ceremonies. Ensures that the team drives value from the time spent in meetings.
- Track and monitor cross-functional tasks and priorities. Partner with related organizations to call out blockers and risks. Works to resolve them in a proactive fashion. Clearly communicates dependencies to all involved groups.
- Manage expectations internally and externally regarding schedules and resources.
- Supports prioritization and sequencing of the backlog to drive successful project completion.
- Participates in UAT testing and ensures that work delivered fulfills the requirements as defined by our customers.
- Represents the values and needs of our stakeholders throughout the development life cycle to ensure that the team’s delivery stays on point.
- Balances quality, time and scope with very high standards and communication.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with associated cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience where project management was a core component of the day-to-day. Demonstrates the ability to guide projects to completion.
- 4+ years of professional experience capturing business requirements and translating those into action plans.
- Strong comprehension of MarTech.
- Strong comprehension of the data points & technology required to drive digital marketing operations and KPI measurement for a B2C product.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and defend ideas to scrupulous, senior level audiences.
- Track record for being detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience working in a top performing, high-tech B2C marketing or agency team preferred.
- Experience working with agile, scrum or Kanban a plus.
- Product Owner training a plus.
- Experience in product management a plus.
- A passion for sports and knowledge of fantasy sports a plus.
