Position Overview:

Join Quick Base during an exciting era of growth as a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager. With a highly creative eye, top-notch analytical skills, and a knack for leading diverse teams, you will manage the cross-functional design, development, and execution of effective account-based marketing strategies and campaigns to accelerate customer expansion.

As the nexus between our Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, and other Marketing organizations, you will use deep knowledge of digital, telephonic, and in-person marketing channels to attract and accelerate the conversion of leads through our Sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where new ideas are tested rapidly, and will easily master complex processes. To be successful, the candidate should be equally comfortable developing compelling marketing assets, working with systems, and diving deep into data.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and planning: Set goals, manage a budget, and develop go-to-market strategies comprised of Reputation, Demand Generation, Market Intelligence, and Sales Enablement programs that achieve high-growth business objectives.
  • Lead go-to-market execution: Manage the cross-functional design, development, and execution of marketing programs, leveraging strong relationships within our Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing organizations.
  • Customer experience: Work directly with our Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Demand Center teams to define the end-to-end customer experience across digital, in-person, and telephonic channels.
  • Campaign performance and optimization: Define, track, analyze and continually share-out success metrics by marketing program – addressing real-time engagement insights from customers.
  • Account-based marketing: Be the pioneer and primary driver of the account-based marketing program at Quick Base – testing and executing strategies in small cross-functional teams, instituting repeatable processes, and scaling the program quickly to drive results.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing programs/campaign experience, preferably at SaaS or other hi-tech companies.
  • Experience leading large projects within a matrixed organization
  • Proven success implementing campaign frameworks and best practices
  • Deep knowledge of one or more marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, or Pardot)
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

  • Balanced individual who is naturally creative but also skilled at manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who leverages strong relationships to manage multiple stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing) in driving results.
  • Operates efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a tenacious ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Self-motivated to excel and continuously improve in an environment of fast-paced change.
  • Interest in progressing and continuously expanding a role within a high-growth business.
