Carbon Black is hiring a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to use and expand best-in-class marketing automation skills leveraging Marketo. You’ll improve marketing automation administration, programming, and execution for our data-driven marketing initiatives and programs. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver program goals and assist in designing, executing and reporting on client acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the email and campaign request process and execute our marketing campaigns using Marketo platform
• Manage list import requests and improve processes to ensure data flows properly into the Marketo and Salesforce systems
• Maintain accuracy/integrity of contact data
• Create and manage:
  • Landing Pages
  • Program Templates
  • Forms and Emails (Including archiving)
  • Documentation of processes and integrations
• Troubleshoot Marketo issues
• Initiate data remediation and data clean-up tasks
• Assist with Marketo deliverability and sync optimization projects
• Drive alignment, adoption, and change management with presentations, training and status updates
• Technology Improvements:
  • Develop deep understanding of the lifecycle model and its impact on the sales operations side
  • Develop high-level understanding of the systems within the marketing technology stack

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of marketing automation (Marketo) experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing team
• Must have Marketo and Salesforce.com experience
• Marketo Certification (preferred)
• You are part modern marketer, part technologist – you connect the dots between strategy and execution
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related subjects
