Senior Marketing Associate, CRM
As a Senior Marketing Associate on the CRM team, you will support the planning and management of the integrated marketing calendar and play a key role in the execution of our marketing plans through several marketing channels. You will be expected to report out on channel and campaign performance and research industry best practices and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our marketing efforts. A successful candidate will be an analytical, self-motivated, and organized individual with high attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and send channel communications for several channels including email, app push, and web push
- Monitor and report on channel and campaign performance regularly and use these insights to inform the marketing calendar strategy
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to continually optimize creative and testing treatments
- Research industry best practices and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our marketing efforts in these channels and maintain/update internal best practices
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or analytical field
- 2-5 years’ experience in ecommerce marketing (minimum 1 year of channel marketing experience)
- Analytical and process-oriented, proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with SQL a plus; willingness to learn required
- Well-organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints
- Experience collaborating closely with other departments and strong communication skills
- Proven experience as self-starter who is comfortable in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
