We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with the ability to develop, optimize, and grow our marketing programs. The ideal candidate is able to think strategically about LogicManager’s positioning for various audiences and support our growing team. This role will learn from our experience and extend our robust inbound marketing programs. The focus is on adapting the latest best practices to drive demand and awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Increase awareness and consideration of LogicManager’s offerings through primarily digital channels including our website, email, digital ads, social media, and more.

• Understand customer needs, buying drivers, and challenges, then use that knowledge to advance current campaigns and propose new opportunities.

• Analyze data to uncover trends and make recommendations for team priorities and strategies.

• Share your knowledge with the team, and guide others towards the most powerful impact.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-growth business environment. We value employees who are creative, energetic, proactive, and intelligent in their thinking and actions.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing

• Strong critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to turn data and trends into meaningful conclusions and recommendations

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Advertising, or Business degrees preferred, but not required.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

• Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus

• Experience working with WordPress, HTML, CSS, or other website management platforms and languages is a plus
