Senior Manager - SLED Industry Marketing
Dynatrace is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive the company's industry marketing program in the State and Local Government and Education (SLED) markets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Industry Marketing, this individual will own the company's SLED marketing strategy. Responsibilities include developing messaging, collaborating with demand generation teams to execute campaigns, aligning with sales and marketing teams to establish bold yet attainable goals and drive integrated GTM, and orchestrating campaigns to achieve desired and measurable business impact.
Candidates must have exceptional cross-team collaboration, content creation, and campaign orchestration skills. In addition, they should possess a passion for working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of delivering results and working with high-performing teams. The person should be a self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable working within a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Dynatrace message for the SLED markets and ensure it is clearly communicated to all relevant internal stakeholders, external influencers, partners and customers
- Conceptualize and create content including external assets (papers, videos, blogs, infographics, etc.), sales enablement materials, presentations, and web content
- Own the strategic GTM plan incorporating all relevant programs to meet pipeline contribution goals
- Collaborate with field marketing and other relevant business units to plan and implement marketing campaigns for the State and Local Government and Education verticals
- Work cross-functionally with Dynatrace marketing, product, partner, and sales teams to raise awareness and establish Dynatrace as the platform of choice at target customer organizations
- Work with customers and customer marketing to increase the voice of the customer at relevant forums to raise awareness and credibility of the Dynatrace platform in solving business challenges
- Support the sales teams in developing account-based strategies including identifying target accounts and deliver relevant assets to win deals
- Work with solutions and sales engineering teams to drive compelling vertical-oriented demos in market
- Evangelize Dynatrace solutions at industry forums (webinars, analyst engagements) and conferences
- Influence the Dynatrace partner strategy and work closely with partners focused on the SLED markets to raise awareness and drive pipeline objectives
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business review rhythm
- Present strategy and results to Dynatrace executives
