The Senior Manager. Brand Strategy will help drive the overall brand marketing strategy. He/she will be responsible for helping lead and facilitate development of world class marketing plans that will be disruptive within the category and drive brand obsession globally. This role reports directly to the CMO nd will work closely with Commercial Marketing, Market Development and Product Management.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop the overall brand vision for Indigo. Ensured plan aligned to the broader Indigo offer and was connected to Indigo’s overall mission and core values
- Help build a clear, ownable, Global Brand and Communications Strategy to grow market share and brand awareness/obsession globally
- Help lead the execution of brand identity & strategy by working closely with other functions, including Commercial Marketing, Communications, Market Development and Product Management
- Work to ensure that in 5 years, Indigo’s international brand is as strong as our US brand
- Help lead the development of the annual marketing plans to ensure consistent execution globally
- Help research and design Stakeholder Target Definitions. Built overall Brand Architecture, highlighting communication differences and reasons to believe
- Help develop the Communication Context Strategy, including messaging and creative strategy
- Understands our purpose and core values and what makes Indigo different from other companies
- Widely viewed as someone who personifies our core values, is committed to them, and leans on them when making difficult decisions

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including brand strategy/positioning/planning, new product launch and product commercialization, and consumer marketing across the marketing mix
- Has 2+ years of recent cross channel and integrated digital experience
- Experience adapting to existing/established industry
- Experience working on global marketing programs and within a global marketing organization, with an understanding of international markets / regions
- Experience in managing within a complex matrix organization
- Demonstrated success in a similar role in another company
