We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing team to help us accomplish our Annual Reoccurring Revenue (ARR), pipeline creation and account engagement goals. Directly reporting into the Head of Marketing, this individual will be in a highly visible role and will be motivated by working in an environment where they get the opportunity to build a functional marketing discipline from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- We are deeply focused on the Top 250 U.S. based Property & Casualty insurance carriers. You will work with Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Support to define target accounts and develop and execute on programs against the list to ensure pipeline targets are achieved.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to develop, implement and measure an outbound prospecting process for their target accounts and establish rules of engagement across Sales and Marketing.
- Track and report on pipeline (marketing generated, influence and sales generated), account engagement, account penetration as well as the results of key marketing programs.
- Regularly analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Partner with Product Marketing to create messaging that influences the buy group at our target accounts. Map content and campaigns across personas for key stages of the prospect journey.
- Leverage / recommend Account Based Marketing tech stack to improve program execution.
- Manage budgets, program timelines and processes to ensure Marketing is fiscally responsible.
- Implement reporting on marketing’s contribution to pipeline at the program (campaign) level. Conduct H1/H2 deal analysis reviews alongside Sales Operations and use this information to refine our go-to-market approach.
- Manage our event strategy and presence at key industry tradeshows alongside pre-show and post-show activation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to laugh at your mistakes, recognize when a team member might need a word or two of encouragement and appreciate that while we might aim for perfection; it’s often the enemy of “Getting $%!^ Done”.
- Working knowledge of managing and optimizing the demand funnel from ‘hand-raiser' to closed/won pipeline.
- Experience implementing lead scoring as well as basic sales and marketing reporting within Salesforce
- Familiarity with implementing martech and analytics tools
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Experience in an Account Based Marketing specific role.
