We are looking for an amazing Performance Marketer to drive the dramatic growth of our Paid Search Engine Marketing (i.e., Google), Display Marketing (Google and Facebook), and Direct Mail channels. If we play our cards right (pun intended), you will have the opportunity to significantly increase revenue for our wedding business.

What you’ll do here:

  • Envision new ways of leveraging various performance marketing channels and drive world-class execution.
  • Scale our performance marketing tools and solutions and Identify potential channels for testing and learning.
  • Create, deploy and optimize channel-specific strategies and operating plans so that we have a constant wave of test/learn/iterate cycles.
  • Develop and manage key metrics on conversation analytics on acquired traffic for wedding.lovepop.com.
  • Connect the dots between inbound leads and qualified leads to closed customers.
  • Manage an acquisition marketing budget with an eye on driving increased scale at ever improving efficiency.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5 to 8 years of Marketing experience.
  • 3+ years managing a large a large performance marketing budget including broad Search Engine Marketing and Facebook/Display Marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in the landscape of marketing optimization tools and platforms (i.e., SEM bid optimization) and analytics tools and platforms (i.e., Google analytics).

You'll be great if you have:

  • An intensely data-driven mindset (comfortable in designing and interpreting analytical models to optimize various marketing efforts), with a substantial test/learn/iterate mindset and possesses the ability to develop A/B tests that yield statistical results to optimize Paid Marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using (and ideally setting up) advanced technologies to manage online marketing programs at scale.
  • E-Commerce and wedding industry with a very brand and design-centric company.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or MBA.
