We’re looking for a creative, data-obsessed individual to join our Search Engine Marketing Team. As our Search Engine Marketing Associate, you'll be part of a team that drives substantial value to the business through the acquisition of highly valuable customers. You will manage inventory and creative excellence across a variety of campaigns, nationwide. You’ll analyze data and surface insights across different geos and query types.

You’ll source new ideas, test it, track it, and grow it. You’re eager to learn more about automation and you’re excited to brush up on your stats knowledge. Last but not least, you have the confidence to risk thousands of dollars on an idea. Your work here will be both measurable and important: increasing traffic and transaction volumes while expanding our customer base in a profitable manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute paid search campaigns on Google and Bing including budget management and optimization for existing programs
  
• Stay current on industry trends. Be ready to test a beta at a moments notice
  
• Manage search inventory and identify areas for process improvements
  
• Develop, implement, and report on tests
  
• Work with teams across the organization to bring together data used to measure program effectiveness
  
• Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

If you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing organization
  
• Have experience with SEM or other paid marketing programs
  
• Have a willingness to learn and intrinsic curiosity
  
• Have a high level of knowledge of or comfort with excel and analytics tools
  
• Love data and the truths discovered within data
  
• Be exceptionally organized
  
• Accept the challenge of doing more with less
  
• Love to "just figure things out" with whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives
  
• Can own and deliver projects/programs by yourself AND play well with others
