We are seeking an upbeat individual with a can-do attitude to join our Demand Generation team as the Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be assisting with the success of our lead generation initiatives.

The Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Demand Gen and Digital Marketing, will devise and manage retention focused campaigns aimed at driving company growth. 

What you’ll do:

  • Own the marketing strategy, development, and implementation of segmented expansion and retention marketing programs for existing customers.
  • Drive creation of segmented engagement campaigns for customers that deliver active use and ultimately retention.
  • Understand Markforged’s portfolio of products, the target customers and how the product portfolio solves key business problems for our customers.
  • Leverage data to understand our products in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts and Commercial sales teams to inform expansion efforts.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to develop and optimize programs.
  • Work with the Business Ops team on modeling that predicts opportunity for expansion. 

Skills:

  • Has 5+ years of customer marketing-related experience
  • Proven experience developing cross-channel marketing plans with quantifiable impact
  • Superb attention to detail, personal organization and project management abilities.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Has experience using marketing automation, preferably Marketo
  • Has experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Enjoys a fast-moving environment working among engineers, software developers and creative marketers
