Project Manager
The Opportunity:
Workhuman is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to connect Program Managers to other team member in and outside Marketing. Manage the workflow process of all projects. They define the scope of work, project goals and schedules with the Project Owners to prepare a framework for planning workflow.

Project Management (PM) is the work of defining and implementing processes to produce creative work and improving and optimizing every step of the creative production supply chain. The Project Management team is seen as a vital, strategic department whose value extends beyond the creative team to the broader organization. By helping to deliver more assets and more content, on time and on budget, the team ensures efficiency, transparency for the organization and a return-on-investment.
The PM ensures that the end-to-end process is understood so that gaps don’t emerge between departments or teams.

Location: Framingham, MA
What You Will Be Doing:
- Project request intake, prioritization and timelines including project plans and assignment of a program lead
- Build, maintain, prioritize and adjust timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing projects
- Work with Program Managers to evaluate initial project request and manage any subsequent change requests, including impact to timelines and project logistics.
- Regularly evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, and manage expectations as needed.
- Provide and maintain updated documentation of all projects.
- Forecast and plan business needs to support resources
- Manage the team resources across multiple departments
- Strategic thinking: Work with Internal partners to understand business needs and marketing influences.
- Manage projects against scope. Identify potential issues and adjust as business needs changes.
- Creative thinking: review assets prior to review to ensure objectives are met
- Document and consolidate feedback.
- Lead consistency in operations from project input through production.
- Reporting to validate ROI and success
- Acts as production lead (defined by channel)
- Source and manage workflow with outside vendors and resources where necessary for projects.
- Continually review and improve project management best practices. Recommending and driving processes to streamline work and tracking processes to validate ROI and successes.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- PMP certification
- 5+ years as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or an in-house agency
- Master of project management tools (Workfront) to create meaningful data that helps drive business decisions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines; ability to prioritize work.
- Creative, strategic and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed.
- Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative
- A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem solving, and making data-driven decisions.
