Cybba is looking for a highly motivated and process driven leader to join our Ad Ops team as our new Programmatic Advertising Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the operations of our fast-growing Programmatic business and work with the team to expand all areas from platforms and vendors to revenue. The Programmatic Advertising Manager will be responsible for collaborating with sales, account management, and product to maximize our revenue opportunities for both Cybba and our clients. We are looking for someone with a proven track record creating P&L reports and managing margins to drive the advertising side of our business.
 

Overview:

  • Help to manage P&L reports with a focus on margins to expand revenue
  • Develop and communicate advertising buying insights to help inform and develop best practices for the Ad Ops team
  • Develop forecasting system for all programmatic revenue
  • Identify new ad buying systems that will help improve ROI
  • Identify deal opportunities for custom display buys
  • Collaborate with yield and product teams on enhancements to support incremental revenue
  • Provide cross-platform support to Media Manager and Supervisory teams, working in DSPs, social platforms, and with 3rd party media vendors leveraging audience targeting
  • Set up and aids in campaign execution in platform(s): DSPs, Social Platforms, ​with 3rd party media vendors
  • Daily monitoring of pacing and optimizations (adjusting bids and budgets, pausing, etc.)​
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting (which includes compiling data, file for all performance since launch) ​
  • Maintain cross-platform trafficking within DSPs
  • Track billing and processes invoices for platforms​ & partners
  • Make optimization recommendations based on reporting insights and learnings​ as well as new opportunities based on goals and objectives
  • Understands assigned client audiences, use of audiences across platforms, and looks for new opportunities to leverage​
  • Work closely with account management team to ensure client success
  • Collaborate with commercial sales and account management team to support company revenue growth


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic digital advertising trading within DSPs
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, and DSPs, especially industry trends and challenges
  • Deep understanding of how media (display, audio and video) is bought, sold, and delivered programmatically across all platforms and devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people
