Program Manager - Customer Development

The Customer Marketing Programs Specialist will assist in executing customer campaigns. In this role, you will help establish an ongoing cadence of campaigns with the goal of expanding relationships, increasing platform usage, and uncovering new opportunities. Working closely with other members of the development marketing team and customer success, you will collaborate on the development of offers, content, and creative packaging for campaigns. Top candidates for this role will be true advocates for the customer, have a test and learn mindset and challenge the status quo.
Reporting to: Senior Director of Global Programs
Location: Framingham, MA
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across customer development team
- Maintain a schedule of ongoing campaigns and programs that support Workhuman’s core goals for customer development; expanding relationships, increasing platform usage, and uncovering new opportunities
- Partner with internal marketing team members and external third-party partners to align resources and assure success of programs and campaigns
- Help manage all vendor contracts and relationships
- Assist in management of promotional items inventory
- Collaborate with ABM team to share intelligence and contacts for accounts to enable development and execution of creative and disruptive customer campaigns
- Assist customer success and customer experience on execution of years of service celebrations for existing customers
- Communicate regularly with customer success, strategic account and customer experience teams on announcements for upcoming campaigns, status on current campaigns, and results on completed campaigns
The Skills You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation or customer marketing capacity
- Experience marketing within a B2B, enterprise environment
- Familiarity with marketing tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo), campaign attribution (BrightFunnel) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Cross-functional team player that can drive campaign execution
- Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Self-starter who is always looking to push the envelope
- Strong ability to multi-task while keeping priorities in the proper order
- Solid project management skills with keen attention to details
- High energy and positive “can do” attitude
