As a Production Artist at Workhuman, you will have the influence and creative freedom (within brand guidelines of course!) to create powerful presentations that make an impact. Working with the sales team, our Production Artists are creative, understand our company brand, goals and values and can create our message to internal and external audiences. This role centers around producing exciting visual collateral for upcoming sales presentations, workshops, speaking engagements and more. Create visually stunning documents that promote a brand, deliver or confirm a message, explain a service or product, and add value to the presentation for either the broader sales team to use time and time again, or for the person presenting for the unique opportunity.

This position reports into the Director of Content & Sales Enablement. 

Responsibilities 

Assist the sales team with sales collateral or presentations, creating visually empowering presentations that sell the company services, products, or are used in a product demo, or as part of keynote presentation. Create presentations that drive value, generate sales, and give internal team members the ability to succeed through powerful presentations, video and other communications vehicles. 

  • Design and revise internal sales presentations and messaging primarily for in stage deal opportunities  
  • Become a storyteller, and thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, sell the brand, differentiating Workhuman   
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales enablement, and prospect needs, create effective visual materials to help Workhuman’s sales team sell more effectively 
  • Create new materials, both planned and ad-hoc, often with tight deadlines 
  • Occasionally join discovery sessions with customers to build the business case for their leadership, using their branded template, influencing with our messaging serving their ambitions  
  • Format presentations, videos, infographics and other similar collateral, ensuring deliverables are accurate, professional, and reflect either Workhuman or customers’ branding and Workhuman® Cloud program elements    
  • Create and edit short promotional videos and motion graphics/mixed-media videos 
  • Merge multiple internal materials together in one seamless, customer-facing presentation for finalist pitches 
  • Maintain internal catalog of materials, seeking opportunities to update, harmonize, and polish materials, archiving old materials that are outdated 
  • Liaise with Creative and Brand Marketing to stay current on messaging and brand guidelines 
  • Collaborate with Product, WHiQ, Customer Success and Strategy & Consulting to understand case studies, data, our services, features and functions to stay current and represent sales messaging 
  • Provide design support for internal meetings such as Sales leadership summits, Sales Boot Camp and Sales leadership speaking engagements 
  • Other related projects as assigned 

Skills and Experience 

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or Marketing preferred 
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, along with an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates clear design know how  
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience (PowerPoint certification not required, but helpful) 
  • Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (insert/edit skills here). 
  • Possess strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience’s attention 
  • Experience hosting and displaying content in virtual events using Zoom, MS Teams WebEx, or other similar web conferencing/webinar tools 
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, VideoScribe, ActivePresenter or other similar applications a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/web-development or learning management software is a plus  
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting 
  • Strict attention to detail and outstanding organizational, file-organization, and archiving skills  
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand the big picture and determine how to create a simple, impactful message visually 
  • Process-oriented, self-starter who effectively manages multiple projects, often within tight deadlines and competing priorities

We're located on Crossing Boulevard, right off of Rt. 9 in Framingham. Our office is easily accessible from Rt. 9, Rt. 495, and Rt. 90.
