CrunchTime is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic B2B Product Marketing Manager to extend our leading position in the established restaurant software space. In this strategic role, you will be our market expert, helping us articulate the value of our solutions to internal and external audiences. The Product Marketing Manager, which reports to the VP/Head of Marketing, will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Development, Client Services and Training to drive demand for our restaurant back office solutions through compelling messaging and positioning. As a key player within the marketing team, this person will create distinct value in the marketplace and help our business grow. 

*This position offers 100% remote flexibility. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish unique selling propositions and key messages for each product and feature set; translate technical features into value-based content and documentation 
  • Develop comprehensive, foundational messaging and product positioning documentation to be used for internal and external outreach 
  • Conduct market research within various practice areas, identify unique pain points and deliver compelling messages and supporting materials (PowerPoints, sell sheets, webinars, case studies that demonstrates ROI) 
  • Establish, share and maintain our buyer personas and segments 
  • Facilitate Sales and Marketing alignment and ensure client- and prospect-facing teams have appropriate resources 
  • Provide Sales enablement tools and product feature training
  • Continuously develop and maintain competitive intelligence research, SWOT analysis and battlecards to support Sales 
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to uncover insights and share results to improve win ratios 
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for all solutions within our portfolio 
  • Inform go-to-market strategy, content and campaigns as a key, strategic Marketing team member 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including messaging development, sales enablement and competitive/market analysis 
  • Experience working in marketing within high growth software organizations (hospitality sector experience preferred but not required) 
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward 
  • Excellent people skills and deep experience partnering with cross-functional teams and 3rd parties (i.e., technical review sites, analyst relations firms, industry publications) 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Salesforce 
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking capabilities; able to prove what is—or isn’t—working 
  • Solid writing and communications skills 
  • Product Marketing certification from Pragmatic Institute or similar preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
