Reggora is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Boston (backed by the same investors behind Twitter, Wayfair, and Slack) and help us raise the bar for real estate valuation. This is a highly visible and influential role, with phenomenal career growth opportunities.

As Reggora’s Product Marketing Manager, you will be a core member of the Marketing team and part of the foundational effort to develop and deliver our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will become an expert on our customers, end users, product, and industry, using that knowledge to help establish our brand, increase demand for our solutions, and support the entire customer journey.

What You Bring to the Table:

You have cross-functional experience managing GTM strategy in a high-growth SaaS organization. You’re a natural storyteller who loves to write and create. You’re a motivated self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities. You can work independently to achieve results but love collaborating even more. You leave your ego at the door, and you want to work with smart people and have fun building something great.

What You'll Do:

Be the marketing team’s subject matter expert, knowing our users and customers better than anyone else—including what they need, why they buy, and how we can best support them.

Own positioning and messaging for the Reggora platform and capabilities, ensuring we tell a highly relevant and impactful story to all target audiences.

Own, develop, and maintain content for all GTM channels including website content, one-pagers, slide decks, videos, and more.

Develop and iterate on compelling messaging that drives feature adoption, usage, and utilization, as well as coordination of responses to changing customer priorities.

Ensure marketing and product teams are aligned to meet customer needs and rapidly grow the business. Work closely with sales and customer success in all facets of the sales process, including the creation and delivery of sales enablement materials. Gain a strong comprehension of the market landscape/competition with an emphasis on industry positioning and strategy.

Perform detailed competitor research to understand where our product wins and opportunities to improve our position in the market.

Work closely with the demand generation manager and creative resources to ideate and execute on strategic campaigns. Establish strong communications with the sales and customer success teams to improve conversion metrics across the funnel and throughout the customer journey.

You Have:

5+ years experience in a product marketing or related role in a high growth SaaS startup.

Experience in the mortgage tech, prop tech, or fintech field is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills.

Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across teams.

Ability to be both hands-on and strategic.

Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize, and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.

An intellectual curiosity that lends itself to spending valuable time with clients in market, to enable our product marketing platform to naturally evolve.

Demonstrated cross-functional competencies that allow you to seamlessly transition between various internal stakeholders (i.e. product, sales, success).
