Product Strategy Manager Pricing Tools

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global go-to-market lead for Pricing Tool software feature and contract launches, collaborating across Pricing Services, Product Management, Marketing, Global Business Service and regional customer-facing teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach and successful execution
- Establish relationships with key regional go-to-market partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional go-to-market leader to launch Pricing Tool products and services
- Closely partner with Global Business Service team to define new processes, implement required process changes, and ensure operational excellence
- Support regional go-to-market leader and closely collaborate to provide ongoing enablement to Marketing and regional customer-facing teams on our Pricing Tools story, competitive intelligence, positioning, and market trends
- Partner with regional go-to-market leader to develop marketing requirements documents for assigned segments
- Partner with Pricing Services and Product Management subject matter experts to assemble product requirement docs
- Monitor global launch performance and provide in-market support, as needed
- Own and evangelize the Pricing Tools “voice of the customer” from concept to in-market execution
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to contribute to existing deep, organizational customer understanding
- Deliver field reports and insights to Offering, Pricing Services and Product Management teams to inform Pricing Tool product development and marketing activities
- Develop deep customer persona expertise and constantly test hypotheses to build deeper understanding
- Own the Pricing Tools customer journey
- Articulate the Pricing Tools customer experience and develop deep knowledge of their journey, including pain points, desired outcomes, and jobs
- Champion key customer jobs-to-be-done and influence Offering, Pricing Services, and Product Management leadership to drive strategic prioritization
- Share and contribute to the overall Offering vision
- Contribute to customer insights and supporting rationale to inform Marketplace Offering vision
- Partner with Product Management teams to drive customer-centric software design
- Analyze market opportunities and provide financial rationale to support Offering strategies
- Develop deep competitive intelligence knowledge and share across Pricing Tools stakeholders
- Own the development and maintenance of global, scalable Pricing Tools positioning and messaging
- Become go-to resource for global Pricing Tools positioning and provide messaging guidance to Marketing, regional go-to-market leader, and customer-facing teams, as required
- Develop global Pricing Tools value proposition and messaging framework
- Identify and collect compelling proof points to support unique selling points and differentiate Pricing Tools services and software

Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of work experience
- MBA preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of service or software Product Marketing experience
- Agriculture industry experience, a plus
