Job Description
Flywire is growing and the Global Marketing organization is looking for our next rockstar to help bring product marketing for our education vertical to the next level. Both strategic and hands-on, this is a highly cross-functional role with huge opportunity for future growth. You get the opportunity to build on our existing foundation to develop product marketing strategies, spearhead our education vertical go-to-market launch process and create compelling deliverables to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage education product marketing strategy, develop plan and drive execution to support go-to-market efforts worldwide
Coordinate the product launch process as well as oversee cross-functional implementation from feature inception to market release
Collaborate with education stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, customer success and payments to translate business needs into effective product marketing campaigns and deliverables
Understand competitive landscape and craft value-based positioning, compelling assets and outbound marketing activities that range from collateral development and website messaging to presentations, battlecards, webinars and more
Develop client and partner relationships that support the creation of voice of customer materials and testimonial promotion via case studies, videos, webinars and more
Understand and document our customer journey, including where clients and payers get information and the drivers behind product decisions
Advocate for existing and prospective clients and payer customers to help influence and shape product roadmap and marketing deliverables
Qualifications
FlyMate Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience; background in education, technology, and/or platform solutions preferred
Well-honed communicator with strong attention to detail and experience creating and rolling out product marketing assets
Ability to work and communicate cross functionally to drive efficiency; you have a passion for product and marketing coupled with a tenacity for process development that supports continuous innovation across multiple functions
You have the ability to scale and grow with a high growth organization; this hands-on role requires someone who will roll up their sleeves, execute their own programs and be close to the business, but can identify avenues for scale and see what the team needs and how we can grow in the next 12-18 months
You can both lead and mentor; you are a positive role model for those around you and a team player who can collaborate across the business
