We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join a high-performing team of demand generation experts leading paid digital marketing. This role will report to our Director of Acquisition & Engagement, supporting our marketing teams’ efforts to meet company sales, customer acquisition, and retention goals.

You Will:

• Plan and implement paid search, display, social, native, video, audio, and rich media advertising campaigns for our websites and shops
• Execute strategy in online ad campaigns; create, maintain, and modify campaigns to support multiple workstreams
• Execute daily bidding and budgeting updates via ad management software
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of ad assets, and maintain a well-organized calendar and archive
• Aid in the construction of landing pages in the content management system
• Provide operational and strategic support of the retargeting channel for our online store
• Test new media and advertising formats as well as target groups for constant optimization of the channels, including A/B, A/B/n, multivariate tests
• Create concepts and drafts for online advertising material, in close cooperation with the graphics team and copy writers
• Detect trends and new approaches in the channels mentioned, taking into account the usage behavior of users and the competition

You Have:

• An initial professional work experience in the field of display advertising, paid social media marketing, programmatic and retargeting, preferably from an e-commerce / B2C environment
• You have initial experience in the efficient implementation of campaigns via Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Reddit Ads at scale
• Digital marketing understanding as well as practical know-how
• Experience with the Google Display & Video 360 or other DSPs / DMPs would be a plus
• Your knowledge of attribution models in the context of the customer journey is also a plus
• You bring a structured way of working in all activities to be carried out, with a high attention to detail
• You have a high affinity for numbers and data. Your analytical thinking allows you to structure large amounts of data and base decisions on it
• You have strong communication skills (internal and external) as well as negotiation ones and assertiveness
