About the team
This role sits on the Drift marketing team and reports to our VP of Content & Community, Mark Kilens. You’ll work alongside the marketing team, partner team, and hundreds of Drift partners to drive awareness, education, and action from the Drift partner ecosystem. We ship new products and features every month. You will need to learn new things quickly and ship new content every week.
You’ll design, write, and create content and training from start to finish. Outlining and filming video content, online training classes, building certification courses, building co-marketing campaigns, writing customer stories, creating materials such as slides and sourcing customers examples designed for partners. Just as important, you’ll also work closely with partners and their customers to develop feedback loops for improving the customer experience delivered by partners.
What you’ll be doing on the team
In one month you’ll…
Be converting our large library of existing content, assets, and trainings into a partner specific track and begin a nurture journey. You will write additional content, edit, and ship your first training class for Drift Partners. You’ll work closely with Partner Sales Executives, Partner Success Managers, and Partners to identify the highest impact training and process to deliver your first major ship. By the end of month one, you’ll have an understanding of how to help Partners drive demand from the market for Conversational Marketing and their implementation & optimization services.
By month 3 you’ll…
Regularly ship Partner Training classes, nurture campaigns, and co-marketing campaigns and keeping the existing classes up-to-date. And shipping your first Drift Partner certification course. You’ll also ship the first version of Drift Partner Tiers.
By month 6 you’ll…
You’ll own the resell rate and partner lead velocity behind our partners. You will build our first partner co-marketing engine and onboarding for our partners to have a clear process to Go-To-Market with Drift.
