The Role:


We are looking for an autonomous and motivated marketing professional with exceptional organization skills to help us scale our search engine marketing efforts on Direct to Consumer paid marketing campaigns. This would include but not be limited to: Google / Bing SEM, Google Shopping, GDN, YouTube Ads, Gmail Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive project management and execution of marketing campaigns across 25+ brands
  • Active participation in identifying new and improved processes that will result in the harmonization of programs for new or existing products
  • Tracking growth forecasts to ensure we achieve plan and recommending course correction, if off target
  • Manage & optimize PPC advertising campaigns off Amazon for DTC sites and Marketplaces
  • Monitor keyword rank and implement marketing programs to maintain rank
  • Monitor daily trends, ROAS and spend across multiple brands
  • Outside partnerships and identifying ways to track traffic
  • Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within search engine marketing and Direct to Consumer strategies
  • Assume Leadership role of special projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as necessary or required

What you bring to the party:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years working in digital marketing - SEM & paid search, SEO experience preferred
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Youtube and/or other PPC user interface platforms
  • Experience in Amazon or Walmart search, a plus
  • Experience with keyword research tools and ability to use these tools to setup/expand campaigns
