MOO is looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the MOO Business Services (MBS) acquisition marketing team. This role will report directly to the Associate Director of Demand & Lead Generation, supporting an all-star passionate team of performance marketers.

This role will be responsible for the tactical execution of the new customer acquisition strategy for Prospects and Marketing Qualified Leads. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a can-do attitude for all tasks big and small. Day-to-day, he/she will be collaborating with a variety of Marketing (Digital, Product, CRM), Creative, Business Intelligence, Merchandise, and Sales teams in the US and UK.

This role will be based in the Boston office with periodic travel to Providence

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Assist manager in executing cross-channel marketing programs that maximize acquisition lead quantity and quality
  • Lead the implementation of an improved prospect nurture path that better reflects customers’ purchasing journey (awareness - consideration - acquisition)
  • Work with Sales Enablement Team to ensure Sales Team is aware of and prepared for upcoming marketing lead generation campaigns
  • Creative Development
  • Work with channel owners to identify the required creative specs (i.e. size, format, file type, etc.) and best practices for respective channel partners
  • Draft and submit creative briefs and monitor progress to ensure projects launch on-time and within budget
  • Provide tactical insights in collaborating with the Creative Team to deliver that appropriate creative assets that are relevant for the target market, consistent with the MOO value proposition, will drive traffic, and will convert new accounts
  • Channel Performance
  • Track and analyze marketing channel lead flow against KPIs on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc)
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing, and Merchandise teams to track and measure performance of various A/B tests
  • Work with the Business Intelligence and Marketing Technology teams to develop and maintain centralized reporting that tracks conversion activity
  • Marketing Program Management
  • Work with Customer Team to strengthen customer journeys that will deliver added value and revenue for corporate partnerships and events
  • Assist in the re-launch of the MOO Employee Referral program

About You:

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in an environment with a B2B sales team
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and hungry for more responsibility
  • Passionate about results-oriented marketing with a balance of right brain analytics and left brain creativity
  • Extraordinary multi-tasker who thrives in managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Great time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent project management, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to interact well cross-functionally
  • Some budget tracking and vendor relations experience
  • Always a Plus!
  • BA/BS
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
