We are seeking a rising Martech star with experience in a fast growing business environment who is excited about the opportunity to build and optimize the company's marketing technology stack. As part of the digital marketing team, we’ll be leveraging your deep understanding of the marketing technology stack to coordinate and execute data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing and sales processes, as well as overall marketing programs.

What you'll do:

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot and Salesforce.com) used to generate, organize, distribute, and report on leads
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management and overall marketing programs
• Manage the marketing technology stack, explore new products, integration with existing workflows, etc. to meet current and future business needs
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports from all systems and analytics platforms to better understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs
• QA and troubleshoot issues with these all marketing and sales technology systems as necessary

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a marketing operations role with HubSpot and Salesforce as primary tools 
• In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus)
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
• Strong organizational skills with precise attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to thrive, work independently, and adapt to change in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Desire to join fun, hard-working marketing team
• HubSpot Marketing Certification a plus
• Business Analytics experience a plus
