SCOPE OF POSITION

The Marketing Representative is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere executing and managing multiple marketing elements including digital campaigns, web, social media, email, and print.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop an acute understanding of SP+ core services as well as the clients, challenges, opportunities, and key business processes of the parking industry.
  • Works together with the East Coast Regional Marketing Manager to drive business-to business and business-to-consumer city specific marketing programs that support SP+ parking facilities across the Northeast and Atlantic regions.
  • Assists marketing team with program executions to promote incremental sales/revenue across the region.
  • Supports field operations to develop promotional programs for monthly, event and daily parking, utilizing traditional and digital media, including: pay-per-click, web, email, social, print, and signage.
  • Maintains and develops partnerships with associations and local businesses.
  • Coordinate activities with third party advertising and marketing agencies and other vendors.
  • Produces creative copy and messaging for web, ads and marketing collateral.
  • Manages online programs and works with online aggregates.
  • Generates monthly marketing/sales reports to measure performance for both internal and external clients.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and concerns via web, email, social media, and telephone.
  • Helps prepare and deliver RFPs based on client specifications.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 2+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications required.
  • Social Media Savvy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Solid marketing & customer service skills are a must
  • Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Exact Target (or other CRM) is a plus
