We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team to help drive business growth and create an exciting customer experience through our user conference. You will be an integral part of planning our user conference, PrismHR LIVE, and heavily involved in project managing our content and aid in the distribution of it.  This position requires someone who pays close attention to details, can execute on a deadline, and has impeccable project management skills.


  • Help with flawless planning and execution of a wide range of marketing activities with a heavy focus on supporting our annual user conference and content management.

  • Support the Field Marketing & Events Manager on the user conference by fully managing the conference app, assist with email communication and the production of conference materials such as schedules, images, videos, name badges, guest materials, reports, and other related details.

  • Ensure the website is up to date with the latest events, user conference details, blog posts and more. 

  • Work with the Marketing Campaign Managers to project manage the content creation and distribution process.

  • Manage the content review and distribution process, make updates to the website to reflect new content, including the blog, and craft social media updates to share and amplify content.

  • Work with the Senior Web Marketing Manager to create engaging and SEO rich blog posts.


  • At least 3 years marketing or events experience, ideally at a software company. 

  • Attentive to the execution of details, and nothing ever slips through the cracks. 

  • Extremely strong writing and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in or desire to constantly juggle and prioritize a number of key tasks, collaborate with other members of the revenue team, while always thinking and working towards the strategic goals of the business and team. 

  • Experience with Wordpress, CVENT/Bizzabo, and is a plus. 

  • Undergraduate degree required. 

  • Must be a team player and also work independently and prioritize.
