Marketing Programs Manager, Supply Chain
As the global product marketing lead for InterSystems IRIS data platform, you will collaborate with our sales, product, and marketing teams and with our customers and partners to develop innovative marketing strategies, content and campaigns that create awareness and demand for our data management software. You will be the “face of the company” internally and externally for InterSystems IRIS data platform.
Proven experience and success in product marketing roles with data management software vendor(s) required, including analytics, data warehousing, database management, and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing competitive market intelligence to create well-differentiated positioning and messaging, sales and marketing content, sales enablement assets and programs, and marketing campaigns to create awareness and pipeline generation.
- Establish and communicate a deep understanding of our market segments, customer profiles, buyer personas and motivations, product capabilities, and competitive differentiation internally and externally.
- Partner closely with corporate marketing and global field marketing teams for campaign creation and execution activities.
- Act as company spokesperson for InterSystems IRIS including with analysts, in marketing events, and internal company presentations.
- Support the sales organization through consistent sales enablement activities and “in-the-trenches” support for sales activities.
Background and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of product marketing experience in the data management software industry, with a track record of measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of data management (database management, integration, and analytics) technologies, products, and use cases.
- Continuous learner able to synthesize inputs from multiple sources, identify relevant industry issues and translate them into opportunities, market messages and use cases.
- Superior internal and external presentation and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of an international cross-functional team.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification desirable.
- Flexibility to travel globally post-COVID.
