Job Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes across the department. This position will collaborate with key members of the marketing team to provide support for enterprise marketing, tradeshow and event efforts, and budgeting and invoice management. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with internal employee communications across a variety of platforms, and provide design/website support. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills, who is able to handle many diverse projects at once, while meeting tight deadlines.

Primary Duties/Accountabilities: Prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions is required, including communications, event support, public relations, branding, and social media.

Support the Director, Enterprise Marketing and MarCom Team with marketing programs including brand management, web presence, and events.

Support the Sr. Manager, Global Events & Trade Shows with various tasks related to our trade shows. Responsibilities range from web research for event venues and opportunities to data entry of leads to creation of support materials to shipping/receiving to providing on-site event assistance.
Support the Sr. Manager, Internal Communications to edit copy, images and video content for our intranet and other employee communications, implement changes to the intranet, and utilize design and PowerPoint skills to help create impactful presentations
 

Using professionally-designed templates and pre-approved design elements, provide design support to the marketing department for re-sizing of logos, event signage, PPTs, print materials or handouts.

Assist with printing collateral, packing and shipping booth materials, packing and shipping handouts/ giveaways/tabletop items, breakdown, unpacking and reorganization of materials sent back from shows.

Skills/Knowledge:

Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Salesforce.com or other CRM, Pardot or other Marketing Automation, WordPress or other CMS and other contemporary marketing tools

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or Communications or equivalent

Experience: 1-2+ years’ marketing, design or event experience
