ASICS Digital is looking to hire a Marketing Platform Manager, CMS to help play a key role in driving consumer engagement capabilities for ASICS! 

The role of the Marketing Platform Manager is to partner with business functions to gather, understand, and define business requirements for our new CMS system. In this position, you will be responsible for creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirement specifications to support the design and development of CMS solutions. 

ASICS Digital is a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to move, get fit and stay healthy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead capability discovery around CMS/WCM requirements 
  • Work closely with project management to own detailed CMS roadmap with global stakeholder input and be responsible for system deliverables 
  • Partner with our internal engineering team and external contractors to implement CMS solution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system adoption
  • Support new migrations/roll-outs with initial discovery and high-level capabilities assessment for global regions or businesses 
  • Write test cases and successfully manage User Acceptance Testing prior to the delivery of new features and projects
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and mission goals
  • Build strong relationships internally and with global ASICS stakeholdersAct as the go-to resource for system-related recommendations, strategic updates, questions etc.

What You've Done

  • 5+ years of experience working with an enterprise CMS platform (FirstSpirit experience a huge plus)
  • Experience leading a CMS roll-out and implementation of the tool 
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements 
  • Experience working with real-time personalization and AI 
  • Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders on a global scale
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer-centric mindset for both internal and external customers
