Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be an expert in Bullhorn’s marketing automation and CRM instances. You’ll be the go-to resource for marketing stakeholders, helping to translate complex business questions into data-driven insights. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to execute flawless campaigns, track marketing successes, and analyze and report on results.

You will play a crucial role in supporting Bullhorn stakeholders, optimising their time, presenting performance reports, and in turn enabling the Marketing division to run smoothly and efficiently; you will be responsible for monitoring database health, creatively and methodically identifying gaps and strategizing on solutions, while ensuring system infrastructure and overall technology stack is optimized for marketing performance.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, a typical day might include:
Managing Bullhorn’s email marketing campaigns and executing them flawlessly and on time to targeted audiences
Building recurring business performance reports, tracking success, and presenting to key stakeholders across Marketing and other internal teams
Researching marketing operations best practices and integrating them into Bullhorn efforts
Supporting the transition to new corporate CRM
This job might be for you if:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Data Management
You are a self-starter who is exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
You have 2 years experience in a marketing or sales operations role or similar at a B2B company
You have experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation and Salesforce CRM
You have experience using Excel for data analysis

Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
