The Marketing Operations Manager will own marketing operations for Allego's world-class marketing team. You will serve the crucial role of keeping all of our marketing wheels spinning.

  • Drive the Marketing Operations roadmap, keeping abreast of industry trends and continuously strive to implement marketing processes and solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
  • Manage and build marketing processes and programs (e.g. workflows, campaign attribution, forms, emails, integrations and data flows, lead scoring)
  • Define and execute improvements to enhance productivity, conversion rates and sales growth
  • Act as liaison between marketing & our technology partners, working to articulate marketing business problems, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to our partners
  • Contribute to the development, management and analysis of Marketing KPIs, standardize operational reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the business, lead-to-sales conversion rates, campaign ROI and other trends
  • Handle database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
  • In this role, you'll also be expected to manage or support:
    - vendor relationships
    - tool accessibility
    - report building
    - live chat
    - web forms, landing pages
    - compliance and exceptions reporting


Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the business processes and enterprise applications within the Marketing function, including marketing automation, funnel management, personalization, digital, and analytics
  • Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing and sales teams
  • Breadth of skills, with ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
  • Expertise with Hubspot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM is preferred. preferred.
  • Quantitative and results oriented mindset; strong in translating data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience with ABM, intent data, and web personalization platforms is a plus
