As Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive operational rigor and continuous process improvements to ensure the highest possible performance culture and achievement within the marketing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendarizing of all marketing initiatives across channels and campaigns
- Facilitate the timely sharing of information and communication between all team functions
- Refine existing processes and implement tools and best practices to project manage complex productions
- Manage department resources and finances
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years experience in marketing, preferably in the sports/athletic space
- Experience in managing multichannel marketing communications and campaigns
- Proven track record of organizing complex processes and teams
- Extensive experience with business case-making and presentation
- High level proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and similar software
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
