Marketing Operations Manager

What you'll be doing on the Ops team at Drift:
- Partner with marketing leaders to forecast, measure and execute against key business metrics
- Track conversion rates, growth, and efficiency by channel (chat, email, video, social, and beyond)
- Manage both high velocity inbound and longer tail outbound ABM channels
- Run SQL queries to find data-driven insights and help us prioritize our marketing spend and resources
- Create and manage data tracking schema as we make changes to our tools and website
- Refine real-time lead scoring model with and processes that streamline sales processes
- Develop personas and intelligent nurturing campaigns accordingly
- Our stack (so far): Intellimize, Mode, Amplitude, Hull, Segment, Zapier, MadKudu, and more
- B2B SaaS experience is critical!
