As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning our lead generation and customer acquisition program. You will drive awareness and new leads for the company through multiple demand generation channels, including Paid Search/SEO, email, social media, and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving leads for SaaS companies, and a strong understanding of how to target enterprise roles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about growth and can set the strategic agenda across all levels of the organization and drive a cross-functional team to execute on that agenda.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strategy, spend, and execution for demand generation programs to drive penetration in target accounts across email, paid search, social media, and offline channels.
  • Help develop content nurture flows to engage with new leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute global marketing programs and events with the objective of creating and nurturing sales opportunities from enterprise target accounts.
  • Be the main contact for event and conference-related logistics - shipping, team, and booth logistics.
  • Be responsible for marketing program and event performance.
  • Use revenue operations tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to present and review results, adjust budgets, and adapt campaign tactics to optimize delivery of pipeline dollars.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or Management
  • 3-5 years of experience creating and running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Interest in attending and exhibiting at events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Someone with an experimental mindset.
  • Ability to bring new and innovative marketing ideas to the table.
  • An eye for attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Complete onboarding and understand how each team collaborates with each other.
  • Achieve a basic understanding of how the Dispatch platform helps customers.
  • Shadow members of the marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.
  • Take ownership of maintenance and reporting on existing demand generation campaigns.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Achieve an advanced understanding of how the Dispatch platform helps customers.
  • Achieve an advanced understanding of our BI tools and revenue operations.
  • Take ownership of event and conference strategy.
  • Be accountable for owning and communicating the overall demand generation strategy.
  • Create a demand generation plan combining new and existing campaigns.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consider yourself a product expert in Dispatch’s solutions.
  • Optimize demand generation campaigns based on previous results.
  • Propose and justify event/conference strategy for 2022.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently exceed your marketing metrics.
  • Be given the opportunity to grow your role and responsibilities.
