Ava Robotics designs and builds intelligent autonomous mobile robots that comfortably coexist with humans in workplaces and other large spaces. Ava Robotics is transforming what it means to collaborate by combining intelligent autonomous mobility with high definition audio & video. One of the applications is telepresence, enabling workers to easily and safely move around a remote location as if they are physically there.

We are looking for someone eager to make an impact in a nascent market. Working directly with the executive team, you will play a key role in the development and execution or marketing strategy.

Essential Functions:

• Manage all marketing for the company
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, working with sales team to measure effectiveness
• Create compelling content in targeted applications and in thought leadership
• Develop and grow social media and email marketing presence
• Manage outside agencies and vendors
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns including trade shows, conferences, and specialty customer events

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, with technology focus
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with full cycle of creation of marketing content
• Familiarity with tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, social media management
• Highly collaborative
• Bachelor's degree preferred
